Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Solvenq LLC collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal data when you visit solvenq.com or use Solvenq. It applies to all users, including Delaware residents.

Solvenq also researches public information about businesses on a user's behalf. Public business information returned with citations is distinct from personal data collected from visitors and customers.

Website and device data: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or diagnostic events that may be recorded by hosting and security systems.

Account and contact data: name, email address, authentication and session information, and messages you send us. When a third-party identity provider is offered, that provider handles the sign-in information it requests; Solvenq does not ask the provider to disclose your password.

Business and research inputs: company names, URLs, competitors, prompts, and other information you choose to provide, together with the reports or monitoring results generated for you.

Transaction data: plan, billing status, and transaction records if paid checkout is offered. A payment provider, not Solvenq, handles full payment-card details.

We use personal data to provide requested site and account features, conduct research you request, maintain security, prevent abuse, respond to inquiries, administer plans and billing when available, send service communications, comply with law, and improve reliability and usability.

We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or use personal data for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We may share only the categories of data necessary with service-provider categories that support hosting and security, authentication, payment processing, transactional communications, analytics, and AI-assisted research. Those providers may process data only for the service they provide to us and under applicable contractual restrictions.

We may also disclose data to professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not share personal data with data brokers or advertising networks. We do not permit third parties to collect personal data on Solvenq for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Solvenq may use essential cookies or local storage for security, session continuity, and interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Because Solvenq does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change current site behavior. If that processing changes, Solvenq will provide required controls and honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals.

Links or sign-in windows opened on third-party websites are governed by those parties' privacy policies. Those parties may collect information when you choose to visit or interact with their services.

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing an active account, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it using reasonable measures.

Account and research data associated with an active workspace is retained while the account remains active unless a shorter period is stated at collection. Deletion requests may be subject to limited legal or security retention requirements.

All users may ask us to confirm whether we process their personal data, access it, correct inaccuracies, delete it, or receive a portable copy where technically feasible. Delaware residents may also request a list of the categories of third parties to which their personal data has been disclosed and may opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or qualifying profiling. Solvenq does not currently engage in those opt-out activities.

Submit a request by emailing ceo@solvenq.com with the subject "Privacy Request." You do not need to create a new account. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law, generally within 45 days for covered Delaware requests.

Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

If we deny a privacy-rights request, you may appeal by emailing ceo@solvenq.com with the subject "Privacy Appeal." We will provide a written decision within the period required by applicable law. Delaware residents whose appeal is denied may contact the Delaware Department of Justice through its official privacy portal.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Solvenq is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly sell or use a minor's personal data for targeted advertising. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as the service, our providers, or applicable law changes. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, where required, additional notice.
