Terms of Service
Effective August 23, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By accessing solvenq.com, creating an account, or using Solvenq, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Solvenq for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Solvenq is operated by Solvenq LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
The service
Solvenq provides competitive-intelligence tools that research public business sources, organize cited findings, rank possible actions, and monitor selected competitors for changes.
Public-source information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing cited sources before relying on any output.
Accounts and access
Some features may require an account or a supported third-party sign-in method. You are responsible for authorized use of your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
Account availability, authentication methods, and workspace features may change as the service evolves.
Acceptable use
Use Solvenq only for lawful business research. You may not use the service to harass or stalk a person, collect private person-level data, violate applicable law or third-party rights, introduce malicious code, disrupt or overload the service, bypass access controls, or resell Solvenq as your own product without written permission.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Solvenq, or third parties, or to respond to unlawful or abusive activity.
Plans, trials, and billing
Plans, credits, trials, renewal terms, taxes, and prices are governed by the terms presented on the pricing page and at checkout when a paid checkout is available. No charge is authorized unless a checkout flow clearly presents the amount and you confirm the purchase.
Unless checkout states otherwise, recurring access renews for the selected billing period until canceled. Unused credits do not roll over unless the applicable plan says they do.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a recurring plan through the available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.
Payments are non-refundable after a billing period begins except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. This section does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
Intellectual property
Solvenq LLC and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and site content. You retain rights in information you submit and grant Solvenq the limited permission needed to process that information to provide requested features.
Third-party names, content, and cited sources remain the property of their respective owners. References do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
No professional advice
Solvenq provides research assistance, not legal, financial, tax, employment, or other professional advice. Verify material findings and consult qualified advisers before making decisions that depend on them.
Service provided as-is
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvenq is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Rights that cannot lawfully be disclaimed remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvenq LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the service.
Solvenq LLC's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Solvenq during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice before revised terms take effect.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable rights, disputes relating to these terms or the service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
